Counseling Services for Young Adults and Teens in Houston
I provide therapy for teens and young adults in Houston who are seeking support for anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. Sessions are available in person, virtually, or as walk-and-talk therapy.
If you have questions before scheduling, you are welcome to call or text me at (832) 318-0674.
How to Get Started
You can begin with a free 30-minute consultation, offered in person or online. This is a chance to ask questions, talk through concerns, and decide whether working together feels like a good fit.
If you are ready to begin therapy, you may book:
A 50-minute individual therapy session
An 80-minute family therapy session
After scheduling, you will receive an invitation to my secure client portal to complete intake paperwork. For virtual sessions, a telehealth consent form will be provided before we meet.
Do You Work With Teens?
Yes. I work with teens and their families, and my approach is flexible, respectful, and tailored to each teen’s needs.
I typically begin with a session with parents or caregivers to understand:
Your concerns and your teen’s history
What you are hoping therapy will help with
How I can best support your family
After that, I meet individually with your teen to build trust and understand what they are experiencing. Throughout therapy, I stay in communication through check-ins or scheduled parent updates so everyone feels supported and informed.
How Much Do Sessions Cost?
30-minute consultation: Free
Individual therapy sessions: $190
Family therapy sessions: $200
I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on income and number of dependents. Please feel free to ask about availability.
Do You Accept Insurance?
I do not accept insurance directly. However, I can provide a Superbill, which may be submitted for out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage depends on your plan and deductible, so it is best to confirm benefits with your insurance provider.
I also accept Lyra Health as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
